Yeah, another road trip… I do love going for a ride… wonder where we’re going today…. on the road again…  goin’ places that I’ve never been… seeing things that I may never see again… I just can’t wait to get on the road again….

Oh, I love outside time….  so many smells…  sniff, sniff…  better check out the edge of my territory….  I wonder why the grass is all trampled down right along the fence line…  sniff, sniff…. [...]

….  inhale, tuck toes under and lift hips towards the ceiling, paws in front on the floor, shoulder width apart…  using straight arms press hips up and back…
keep the spine straight and long…  back paws pressed into the floor, feeling a stretch in the back of the legs…  head and neck hang freely….  breathe…. hold.. [...]
