Anyway, if you’re itching to get out and about I’ve got just the thing for you and your dog to do this weekend.  You should head out to the Super Pet Expo in Chantilly, VA.  And, because you’re a friend of mine I’m even going to help you save 37% on Adult tickets.  (Kids 12 and under are already free)

This is THE # 1 pet show in the DC area, so you don’t want to miss it.  Besides lots and lots of great pet related vendors (Like yours truly, Keep On Wagging!) there are great things for people and pets.

You can start with some quality play time with your best friend.  Dogtopia is sponsoring the largest indoor Puppy Playground being featured at this years show. Bring your four legged friends to the show and let them run off-leash.

Once you’re all played out, you can meet RESCUE INK, a rescue group unlike any you have seen before: a bunch of tattooed, motorcycle-riding tough guys who have joined together to fight animal cruelty, educate abusers and help resolve situations other rescue groups can’t – or won’t – handle themselves. Rescue Ink Unleashed airs on the National Geographic Channel.

Then why not find out what your pet is REALLY thinking?  (And no, it’s not just

“more treats please”).  Pet Communicators Chuck and Suzanne Fisher will be offering free 2-minute Pet Communication sessions to all pet lovers attending the show. Suzanne will also be doing a Blessing of the Animals ceremony followed by individual blessings and a Basics of Pet Communication seminar where you can learn how to find out what your pet is really thinking.
