Max has given me the okay to add a quick post to his blog.  I hope his friends don’t mind…

I wanted to take a second to say “Thanks!” to the many, many new friends who have stopped by to meet Max over the last few weeks.  It’s been great to meet pet lovers from all over the world, literally.  We’ve met every type of dog and even a few cats (who knew?).  We’ve tried to say hello to everyone, but I’m sure we’ve missed some, so please consider this a personal “Hello!” if we’ve missed you.

If you didn’t see it, make sure to check out the CNN.com article that featured Max and the News & Observer article that followed.  Hopefully this has increased awareness for all the ‘dogs with blogs’ out there.  (…and the cats too)

As a way to “share the love” we’ve added a photo gallery to Max’s blog with pictures of his new friends.  Since lots of his new friends have a website or blog, we’ll also be adding a link to their sites so his friends can meet each other. If you haven’t already done so, make sure you check out the Friends of Max Photo Gallery. Max definitely has some good looking friends (even the cats).

If you have a favorite picture please send it to Max and I’ll help him add it to the gallery (he still is a little unsure how to upload pictures).  Send the picture or a link to one to Max@MaxTheGoldenRetriever.com

So, again, thanks for taking the time to share in Max’s adventures and we hope you have enjoyed your visit.   If you have, make sure you leave Max a comment to let him know.  Oh, yeah, and make sure you come back.

As Max would say, “Keep Wagging!”

Aubrey (Max’s Person)

P.S.  If you don’t have a pet, or have room for another one, please consider adopting a Golden Retriever who needs a home.  Check out one of the Golden Rescues listed in Max’s links or contact a Golden Retriever Rescue in your area.

    Hi Max!
Yes we love to visit your blog- my mom says i get to have one too (when i’m 3 because i shouldn’t be so “puppy ADHD”) I learned 2 things this weekend:
    1) “WAIT”………………………………… 2)”COME”

as of now: A fledge/juvie Red Tail Hawk is not a chase toy. My mom is not happy with me right now…i broke through my fence. I’m a “bad grrl kennel in”.
