   I’m Scruffy, a 2 yr. olf wire fox terrier. I live with Lacie a bratty 13 month old Lakeland terrier and Babystan an airedale pup…he’s gonna be a year in May.

   We saw the CNN article…it’s flying around blogger faster than a whippet! Ur famous, Man!!

   Max!!

   I want to send a woof out to you- I’m a Goldie, too and my name is Ripley (The Talented Mystic Ripley—oh puhleease!!) But the mom, the girl, the girl and the boy call me Rippi for short. The dad calls me good dog or get down. Like i’m even going to answer to that.

   I’d like to get your opinion on something if I could. WHAT IS IT WITH HUMANS AND THEIR OCB toward long haired dogs and the constant need to brush our tails and butts. While i don’t mind so very much – after a while it’s kinda like, “okay already! Enough is enough!” And then i go to sit only it’s like being on top of a pillow because I’m so fluffed out. The only way i can get rid of that fluffy feeling is to drag my butt across the living room carpet and get everything matted down again. Which does not make my humies happy to have me in the house. They end up grabbing me by the collar and dragging me toward the door- i want to say: “Hey!! I don’t want to go outside! I just got cleaned up and gorgeous looking. It is muddy out there!” And then, of course, i get muddy because MUD IS FUN!! Digging and rolling in it is fun. My favorite thing to do is lay on my side and push my face along in it. Sigh… Then i come back in and the towels and brush come out again. And it’s crazy. So what i want to know is: who is in the wrong here??

   Hi Max!
   This is Hoover and Kody, we own a family in MN and they do pretty much what we want. We leave our owners just enough room on their bed so they can lay on their side with a little covering. We are Golden Retrievers too! Our humans think the world of us! We can’t understand why they seemed upset that we were going to knock this big basket full of chocolate off the counter! It looked like there were eggs in that thing. The nerve of them. Perhaps we will punish them by barking excessively, and chasing the cat all over the house, boy do we love that! Or…we can pee!!!
   My humans are setting up a pet supply business and putting our picture on there. It is being built now, but take a look sometime.

   Hi Max! I hope none of those eggs had chocolate in them! I suppose a few eggshells won’t hurt you any! My dog Diva has a lot of “dietary indiscretions” and so far she has survived. Sometimes she has had to go on the plain boiled rice diet for a day or two afterward though! Hope you had a great Easter! Barks from Diva and meows from Baxter the Cat.
