The wind is blowing…  tall grass swaying…  100′s of new tennis balls…  Is that a poodle I see in the distance…   Sniff, Sniff… rabbit scent…  Faster, Faster… got to find the rabbit…  there it is …  I’ve almost caught it…  closer…. closer….

Ahhhh  mmmaaannnn…. not again… everytime I get close to that rabbit that boy that lives in my house comes home from school and wakes me up.    Better stretch… not sure where I left my toy bird…  might be a big hunt…  need some energy….

Slurp, Slurp, Slurp, Slurp….   What’s in the food bowl today?  Surprise!  It’s Kibbles…  Again….   oh, well…  Crunch, Crunch, Crunch…

Sniff…. Sniff…. Sniff…  what a minute… the boy has something…  I know that smell… POPCORN!!!!  

Circle,  Circle,  Circle…   Please, Please, Please….   Okay, I know… Down… LOOK AT ME!!  LOOK AT ME!!!  I’m down…   STILL DOWN!  Give me some popcorn…. PLEEAASSEEE!!!!Okay… then shake it is.  My paw’s out… come on boy… OVER HERE!  I’m SHAKING…   Look at how adorable I look…  Okay, I’ll shake with the other paw….  look, I can do it with both hands….

What was that?  Did he drop some…  RUN, RUN, RUN…   got to get to it before the 5 second rule is up…  Got it….   Oh I love popcorn….  Munch, Munch, Munch…..   Sit.  Wait, Wait, Wait….  there he goes again.  RUN, RUN, RUN…  Darn, too slow.   That boy will eat anything off the floor…  what is he part raccoon?

Okay, where is that bird…  I know I had it this morning…  better check up stairs… Sniff,  Sniff,  Sniff….. not here… nope, not here either…   How come it never squeaks when it’s not in my mouth?  Need to look into that….  Maybe it’s under the sofa…   Sniff, Sniff, Sniff….  Nope not there either….

Better look outside….  AH HA!  There it is… now I remember I was trying to find a safe place to bury it…   Got to get outside…   I know… that boy will let me out…  works, everytime….

Got my bird…  oh the sun sure feels good today…  got to find a place to bury the bird, for later…  The grass is sooooo soft…. 

Maybe I should lay here in the grass just for a minute…  Yaawnn.
